Formerly secret White House documents have revealed the fact that George Warcriminal Bush authorized the brutal form of torture called waterboarding in a written memo to CIA chief George Tenet in 2003. This should come as no great surprise to anyone, as former Bush White House lawyer and then later Attorney General Alberto "Torture Time" Gonzales had ordered up legal opinions pretending to justify this horrible crime.

Previously the United States of America has signed international treaties which explicitly outlaw this barbaric and disgusting practice.

Remember, the reason we are opposed to the bad guys is because the bad guys do bad things, like torturing people. If torturing people is bad when our enemies do it, it is still bad if we do it. It is also a well known fact that torture produces bad intelligence, when a criminal interrogator starts using immoral, unethical, and illegal techniques like torture their victim quickly decides to say whatever they think will get the torture to stop.

Once the filth currently disgracing the White House is gone, it would be good for our country if the criminals that have been tearing down the morality of this country were brought to justice. Not that this is likely to happen, but it certainly would be therapeutic for our national psyche and our reputation in the world.

Torturing prisoners is a war crime. The US Government prosecuted Japanese officers after World War II for torturing US prisoners using the very same exact waterboarding torture authorized by Our Glorious Christian Leader. Torture was illegal then, and since then the US has ratified a number of additional treaties against torture. In 1994 the US Congress ratified the UN Convention Against Torture. According to the US Constitution, when the Congress ratifies an international treaty that treaty becomes US law.

Among the war crimes of which George Warcriminal Bush is undeniably guilty is the illegal act of deporting persons to another country so that they may be tortured. The CIA, acting on orders from George Warcriminal Bush, has practiced rendition for torture on literally hundreds of victims of the US torture program.

George Warcriminal Bush also committed a war crime when he conspired with his cabinet to fool the American people into an unprovoked war of aggression based on a pack of lies. The Bush cabinet conspired to lie to the American people about Weapons of Mass Destruction they knew perfectly well did not exist. Their goal was to start a war of aggression against an innocent nation.

Conspiracy:

• a secret agreement between two or more people to perform an unlawful act
• a plot to carry out some harmful or illegal act (especially a political plot)
• a group of conspirators banded together to achieve some harmful or illegal purpose

Conspiracies to start a war are specifically defined as war crimes in the Nuremberg Principles, Article 6, a document primarily influenced by the US government after World War II.

Principle VI
The crimes hereinafter set out are punishable as crimes under international law:
(a) Crimes against peace:
(i) Planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances;
(ii) Participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of any of the acts mentioned under (i).
(b) War Crimes:
Violations of the laws or customs of war which include, but are not limited to, murder, ill-treatment or deportation of slave labor or for any other purpose of the civilian population of or in occupied territory; murder or ill-treatment of prisoners of war or persons on the Seas, killing of hostages, plunder of public or private property, wanton destruction of cities, towns, or villages, or devastation not justified by military necessity.
(c) Crimes against humanity:
Murder, extermination, enslavement, deportation and other inhumane acts done against any civilian population, or persecutions on political, racial, or religious grounds, when such acts are done or such persecutions are carried on in execution of or in connection with any crime against peace or any war crime.

There has never been a US President as horrible and as determined to do great harm as George Warcriminal Bush. He is the worst thing to happen to the United States since Pearl Harbor. We rebuke him and all of his evil faith-based deeds. Plus Jesus thinks he's a jerk.

When he lied to the American people about his plans to spy on terrist phone calls, Our Glorious Christian Leader George Warcriminal Bush claimed that he would only be eavesdropping on foreigners calling their terrist pals in America. You could tell George Warcriminal Bush was lying because his lips were moving.

Today we learned that NSA spies acting on the orders of George Warcriminal Bush have been listening in on personal phone calls between US soldiers, including officers, in Iraq and their wives and girlfriends back home. US spies even made recordings of our soldiers having phone sex with their wives back home and passed them around the office in Virginia. (link)

If there is a crime or some other deeply offensive action George Warcriminal Bush has not committed yet, he does have 3 more months left.

Even before the Abu Ghraib torture multimedia circus broke, the FBI knew that Our Glorious Christian Leader was conducting illegal, immoral, unethical war crimes against prisoners in various concentration camps and torture facilities. Our faith-based moron President was not only well aware of these despicable crimes, he was the author of these policies.

Reports that Guantanamo detainees were being subjected to extreme temperatures, religious abuses and nude interrogation were conveyed at White House meetings of senior officials in 2003, yet these questionable tactics remained in use, a lengthy report by the Justice Department's inspector general concluded.

One FBI report mentions that former US Attorney General John Ashcroft personally spoke about his concerns over this illegal, immoral, Party of Jesus torture dogma with Co-Conspirator Rice, a lady who helped bring you the trumped up and completely fictitious fear of Iraqi Nukular weapons to pre-justify these crimes.

The Demoncratic former US President, Jimmy Carter is well known for a faux style of Christianity that includes building houses for the poor and efforts to promote peace. Instead of bombing oil-rich countries and then invading them like Our Glorious Christian Leader, he tries to end armed struggles. And instead of protecting the rights of wealthy arms merchants and filthy rich oil magnates, President Carter is concerned for the less fortunate. He hardly ever condemns gays either. What is up with this guy?

When you consider the style of faux Christianity displayed by this Demoncrat ex-President it is no wonder he would go public with a story about the US torturing prisoners, but notice that he fails to mention that none of these tortured prisoners are Christians. I mean, sure, we do not torture registered Republicans that drive Cadillac SUVs to church on Sunday, the people we torture are just people we do not like. And if we do not like them, then it is obvious that they are bad people. And besides, these people are either foreigners or liberals, so what is all of the fuss about? Let's hope that if Alberto Torture Time Gonzales was still the Attorney General he would be rolling over in his grave.

It is no surprise that President Carter is not a member of the Party of Jesus.

The US Central Intelligence Agency, a leading provider of torture and other forms of brutality, has prevailed in US Federal Court proceedings in Richmond VA.

As this Wikipedia page indicates, Khalid El-Masri, a German citizen, was kidnapped and tortured (on Jesus' behalf) by the nice freedom-loving patriotic, Christian US Government for the crime of being falsely accused of having a fake passport. Before becoming famous as one of the hundreds of victims of CIA torture, Mr El-Masri worked as a used car salesman.

You may recall that the real reason the US invaded Iraq was not because they had WMD, because they did not. No official of the US Government would ever lie and claim that a country had WMD when they did not. It was not because they were sponsoring terr'ism, because they were not. No official of the US Government would ever lie and claim that a country sponsored terr'ism when they do not.

The reason we invaded Iraq was because the government was torturing people. So naturally, we have to torture people that were not bothering anyone. It is because we are opposed to governments that torture people that our government must torture people. How many times do I have to explain this for you?

Torture is just plain wrong! And Vice President Darth Cheney has the waterboards to prove it.

The Federal Appeals Court found that important state secrets might be revealed if Mr El-Masri had his day in court. Like the secret fact that we torture people. Nobody even suspects that the CIA might torture people, so you can easily see why the gummint did not want these charges to be levelled in a court of law.

Thank goodness the Party of Jesus is running this country. I'd hate to have a bunch of liberals that don't even torture people promoting our well-known, world-famous anti-torture policy.
